Terms of Service
These terms govern the services provided by Amzora Solutions Ltd ("Amzora", "we", "us") of 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.
1. Services & Quotes
Service descriptions and prices are published on this website. All engagements are confirmed in writing by email before work begins, including scope, price and timeline. Bundled or multi-ASIN work is quoted individually.
2. Payment
Fixed-price services are invoiced 50% on commencement and 50% on delivery unless agreed otherwise. PPC management is invoiced monthly in advance. Invoices are payable within 7 days.
3. Deliverables & Ownership
Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables created for you, including design source files where specified. We retain the right to display non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
4. Revisions
Each service includes the revision rounds stated on its service page. Additional revisions or scope changes are quoted before any extra work is done.
5. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of product information you provide, for legal compliance of your products, and for your Amazon account's adherence to Amazon's terms. Where services involve access to your Amazon account, you grant access via Amazon's user permission system and may revoke it at any time.
6. Results
We apply professional expertise and best practice, but no agency can guarantee specific sales, rankings or advertising outcomes on a marketplace we don't control. Beware of anyone who promises otherwise.
7. Liability
Our total liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under English law.
8. Termination
Monthly services may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Fixed-price projects cancelled mid-way are billed for work completed.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
